Looking for a break? Relaxation in a wooded area with water and trails? Join us! It’s time for our annual Summer Picnic! Surprise—we’re heading back out to the historic Little Orleans cabin adjacent to the C&O Canal National Historic Park by Little Orleans, MD.

The Cottage sleeps eight; it has some indoor plumbing (yes, there is a privy), cold AND hot water, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The C&O Canal towpath is immediately adjacent to the cabin, as is an abandoned railway grade. It’s a great location for hiking, bicycling, birding, and being lazy. And, the thriving metropolis of Little Orleans, Maryland, is just a mile or two down the (abandoned rail) road. You’ve really got to visit Bill’s Tavern, if you’ve not had the chance!
