chris.pngSomeone built them and someone maintains them: a whole lot of “someones.” People from all walks of life volunteer their time to construct, maintain, and rebuild the trails we hike. Each year, folks like you give thousands of hours accomplishing vitally-needed work in cooperation with managers and staffs with units of the National Park Service, USDA Forest Service, and state and local parks and conservation agencies. These not-common folks share membership in The Fellowship of the McLeod.

You can help the Acme Treadway Company trail crew and PATC build and maintain the 1,000 miles of public hiking trails in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia for which we are responsible. There are lots of pportunities for you to contribute your unique talents!
