We are not always at work; sometimes, we set aside a weekend for an excursion just for R&R. These photos are from several of our excursions at Little Orleans cabin in western Maryland. The cabin, owned by PATC, sits near the town of Little Orleans and immediately above the Potomac River and the fabled C&O Canal National Historical Park. We don’t set up any organized activities; we are about as disorganized on these trips as you may imagine. Individuals can come and go as they wish and hike or float or just sit back and relax.
